解決した時の方法は
- /ios/Flutter/AppframeworkInfo.plist の MinimumOSVersion を 13.0 にする
- プロジェクトの iOS Deployment Target を 13.0にする
- ターゲットの iOS Deployment Target を 13.0にする
その後
pod cache clean —all
flutter clean
flutter pub get
pod install
